Richard Creel, CSSC

President

Richard spent nearly five years with two independent adjusting companies following his graduation from Valdosta State University and then joined Cotton States Mutual Insurance Company to head up their insurance operation in Florida. In 1980 he transferred to the home office where, in addition to continuing his responsibilities for claims in Florida, he assumed additional responsibilities in the administration, claims and reinsurance treaty areas. Richard entered the structured settlement field in 1984, and in 1987 became a founder of Comprehensive Settlements, Inc. (which became American Settlement Corporation).  Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the negotiation table. He has successfully concluded hundreds of structured settlements in both liability and worker's compensation claims.
