Jason Creel is a structured settlement broker and has been with the American Settlement Corporation since 2007. Jason specializes in the use and application of structured settlements in Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Asides (WCMSA) as well as Liability MSAs. Jason is also a member of the presenter group for the Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional Program (CMSP). Before joining American Settlement Corporation, he was a senior Workers’ Compensation adjuster with Sedgwick CMS where he handled complex claims in jurisdictions from West Virginia to Mississippi. While at Sedgwick CMS, he was recognized for his performance while attending Sedgwick CMS’s Industry Advancement Program. He remains a licensed adjuster throughout the US. Jason graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
